Work experience

Jing Li started practicing in the IP field as a trademark attorney and attorney at law in 2004. In the last 10 years she has represented numerous famous clients in trademark non-litigation and litigation cases, such as Alibaba Group, Gree Electric, Bull Electric. We are proud to mention that the administrative litigation case for the trademark “Grace” handled by her was regarded as one of the precedent cases, which help shaping the Chinese Classification of Goods and Services.

Thanks to her excellent performance, Jing Li was invited regularly to give lectures on Chinese IP laws and practices at seminars. She is responsible for our domestic trademark department.
