Work experience

Ms. Zhu once worked in domestic universities and research institutes. She had good experience in teaching and cutting-edge project research and development, successfully organized an innovation fund project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and participated in the research of a number of national projects. She once worked as an examiner and office director in the Patent Examination Collaboration Center of the CNIPA. Her work involves invention patent substantive examination, reexamination, PCT international search and preliminary examination, utility model preliminary examination and utility model evaluation report, etc.. She was selected as a backbone talent of the CNIPA and the associate researcher. She participated in the patent agent promotion plan, and went to the CCPIT Patent & Trademark Law Office, Shandong and other places to give training to patent agents. She participated in the drafting and formulation of the 12th and 13th Five-Year Plans for Patent Examination of the CNIPA in 2009 and 2014, respectively. She understands the macro policy and development plan of patent examination. In 2013, he went to the John Marshall Law School in the United States to participate in the US patent law training.
