Work experience

As a backbone and an associate researcher in the CNIPA, she worked there for 12 years. She once served as the director of the Reviewing Department in charge of the substantive examination, reexamination, PCT retrieval, preliminary examination of invention patents, utility model evaluation report, examination and management of utility model preliminary examination, participated in drafting important documents such as the 12th Five-Year Development Plan for Patent Examination and the 13th Five-Year Development Plan for Patent Examination, and thus, had a good knowledge of the macro policy and development direction of patent examination in China. Since she became a member of Beyond in 2018, she has undertook a number of projects in patent early warning, patent navigation and high-value patent cultivation of intelligent robots, smart home, medical devices, vehicle-road interconnection, cloud computing and chip, and has offered excellent intellectual property service solutions to clients such as health Medical, Tuostar, JDcom, Xiaomi, Bull, Southern Power Grid and the like. So far, she has accumulated rich experience in patent infringement analysis, patent value evaluation, patent mining and layout planning, and invalid retrieval.
