Work experience

Mr Gong worked at the Patent Examination Assistance Center of the SIPO, and during this period, he worked for one year in the Seventh Appeal Office of the Patent Reexamination Board. He served as Director of Materials Processing Office, Patent Examiner, Patent Reexamination Board Examiner, Part-time Reexamination officer, PCT/GCC Examiner, Utility Model Evaluation Report Auditor and Examiner Instructor of the Comprehensive Invention Review Office. He was selected as the outstanding examiner and outstanding tutor. He has been selected as a tutor and has been selected to study intellectual property law in the United States and Europe. He, as an excellent examiner, has been appointed to give lectures in several domestic enterprises such as Hubei Ma Yinglong Pharmaceutical, Shashi Daily Chemical and Chengdu Diao Pharmaceutical. During working in Patent Reexamination Board, he, as a representative of the PRB, successfully handled all the lawsuits filed the First Intermediate People's Court/High Court of Beijing.
