Work experience
During the past 20 years, Ms. Qi has undertaken a large number of trademark oppositions, accreditations and litigation cases, and accumulated rich experience in handling cases. Her professional articles such as "Analysis on China and Japan Defense Trademarks", "Trademark Protection in Natural Scenic Areas" and "Protection of China's Well-Known Trademarks" were published in "China Trademark" and "China Intellectual Property News". In addition, she has participated in compiling a number of intellectual property works such as “Full Record of Handling Cases by Chinese Lawyers " and "Guidelines for Practical Trademarks". Over the years, Qi has been actively involved in exchanges on international IP affairs and has attended many high-level forums on IP rights between China and Germany and China and Japan for several times. She once was invited to be the lecturer of the “Intellectual Property Strategy Training Course” hosted by the China Intellectual Property Training Center and the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office. She participated in the online forum of “Suppressing High-imitated Brands and Protecting Corporate Brands” organized by China Protection Intellectual Property Network, and as a special guest, she had a good communication with netizens. The “Good Dikang” trademark dispute case handled by Ms. Qi was selected as one of the “Top Ten Trademark Disputes of the Beijing Higher People’s Court”.
