Work experience

Before setting foot to the intellectual property work, Mr Yu was engaged in technical research and development and design in enterprises. He did well in the development, production, commissioning and installation of power station boilers and waste heat energy-saving boilers, and accumulated rich technical working experience. In 2010, he took up the IP work, and since then, he has accumulated rich practical experience in patent mining, patent layout, patent drafting, patent search, patent examination opinion reply, patent refusal review, patent invalidation and litigation.
